Copyright License Restriction

With the purchase of the Stem Sports Curriculum, Stem Sports, LLC (“Licensor”) grants each individual purchaser (“Licensee”) a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Stem Sports Curriculum (“Curriculum”) for any classes, seminars, courses, or any other form of group instruction (each an “Educational Session”) where the Licensee does not charge participants for participating in the educational activity. 

The Licensee is expressly prohibited from using the Curriculum to offer, conduct, facilitate, or teach any Educational Session where participants or sponsors are required to pay for participation in the Educational Session without procuring a separate group license from the Licensor for each such Educational Session or otherwise ensure that each participant has individually purchased a copy of the Curriculum. 

Unauthorized use of the Curriculum, including but not limited to the duplication, distribution, or public display thereof, without ensuring adherence to these license restrictions, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of this Agreement, subjecting the Licensee to potential legal action and termination of this license.
