STEM BASEBALL

STEM Baseball is an educational enrichment program that combines STEM education and the real-life application of baseball. It is made up of eight (8) modules, several with worksheets, all which align with Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) and/or Common Core State Standards (CCSS) and/or National Standards for K-12 Physical Education.
 
 

STEM BASKETBALL

STEM Basketball is another eight (8) module supplemental curriculum, with a minimum of 16 hours of instruction, that is equal parts STEM education and physical activity. STEM Basketball incorporates basic basketball skills such as dribbling, passing, and shooting into its curriculum to aid student’s understanding of the science, such as force and gravity, behind basketball.
 
 

STEM FOOTBALL

The STEM Football program combines football history with current hot topics, including the technology behind football gloves and in-game communication with strategic STEM-based activities to help students understand the science in the game. As in all of our curriculum, student assessments are woven into each module to evaluate student’s comprehension levels.
 
 

STEM GOLF

Drive home 21st-century skills such as critical thinking, collaboration, creative problem solving, and leadership with STEM Golf. This challenging sport provides several paths to enhance student’s knowledge of science, technology, engineering, and math. Plus, as in all of our STEM curricula, we provide a list of jobs that are related to each module’s objective to help answer the age-old question “why do I have to learn this?”
 
 

STEM LACROSSE

The STEM Lacrosse Supplemental Curriculum kit for grades 3-5 and 6-8 is an educational enrichment program that combines STEM education and the real-life application of lacrosse. It is made up of eight (8) modules, with worksheets, all which align with Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) and/or Common Core State Standards (CCSS) and/or National Standards for K-12 Physical Education.
 
 

STEM MULTI-SPORT K-2

The STEM Multi-Sport Supplemental Curriculum kit for grades K-2 is an educational enrichment program that combines STEM education and the real-life application of several sports. It is made up of eight (8) modules, several with worksheets, all which align with Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) and/or Common Core State Standards (CCSS) and/or National Standards for K-12 Physical Education.
 
 

STEM MULTI-SPORT 3-5 & 6-8

The lessons designed both for grades 3-5 and 6-8 in our STEM Multi-Sport program includes two modules each from our STEM Basketball, STEM Football, STEM Soccer and STEM Volleyball Supplemental Curriculum. The 21st century methods in the lessons enable students with critical thinking, collaboration, creative problem-solving, and leadership skills. All students receive an enriched STEM education by investigating the science behind the sports they love.
 
 

STEM MULTI-SPORT, BALL EDITION

The Ball Edition is part of our Multi-Sport curriculum kit offerings. With a variety of lessons from STEM Baseball, STEM Golf, and STEM Softball, students will discover multiple ways to learn about these popular sports and the science behind them. Lessons include: reviewing engineering design solutions and use of technology in the advancements in baseball, scoring in golf, speed and energy in softball with the use of a provided radar gun, and designing a controlled experiment to test the force of a golf swing. We do not doubt that students will have a ball and enjoy this STEM Multi-Sport curriculum kit edition.
 
 

STEM SOCCER

Like all of our supplemental curriculum, STEM Soccer uses 5E lesson planning. The lessons include soccer basics, such as dribbling, shooting, throw-ins, and even juggling and hot topics like goal-line technology with strategic STEM concepts to aid student’s understanding of the science behind soccer.
 
 

STEM SOFTBALL

STEM Softball is an educational enrichment program that combines STEM education and the real-life application of softball. It is made up of eight (8) modules, several with worksheets, all which align with Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) and/or Common Core State Standards (CCSS) and/or National Standards for K-12 Physical Education.
 
 

STEM TENNIS

We’ve approached each module with a baseline that volley’s equally between engaged learning and physical activity. Students are served with several aspects of STEM, but none are over their heads. We lob lessons at them such as: measuring the force used in each tennis motion using Newton’s Second Law, drawing and classifying lines and angles to understand the exact dimensions of the court better and comparing values and expressions to fully understand scoring in the game. There’s no fault for giving students the advantage of using STEM Tennis to further their 21st-century skills and science literacy.
 
 

STEM VOLLEYBALL

All of our curriculum is rooted in Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS) and/or Common Core State Standards (CCSS) and/or the National Standards for K-12 Physical Education. Our STEM Volleyball supplemental curriculum explores the game’s unique science aspects.
